Chia Plus frozen waffles are delicious. All you need to do is toast them. I eat them plain. But for my hubby–I keep a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator (at least 8 hours or overnight) and then open the can and scoop out the solid part and whip it up in a mixing bowl that you put in the freezer for about an hour before you start. On top of the coconut cream you can add real maple syrup and some walnuts or pecans. This is so tasty without dairy or gluten. A conscious lifestyle choice that is gut friendly for most people.
